1. What information do we gather and store?

We will ask for your shipping address before purchase and shipping in order to estimate shipping costs.

When you place an order with us, we will ask for information such as your name, invoicing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, credit/debit card details and other optional info like username and password for the site. We will use this information in scenarios like the below.

Payment processing and fraud avoidance.
Account configuration within the on-line shop.
Fulfillment of any legal obligation we have, for example tax calculation.

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, e-mail and phone number, which we will use during the payment process and future orders.
We will normally only store this information during the strictly necessary time for the listed purposes, as we are not legally bound to storing such data. For instance, we may store order data for 4 years for taxing and accounting purposes. This includes the name, e-mail, invoicing and shipping address. Should you choose to leave any comments for us, we shall store those too.

4. Who in the team has access

All our team members have access to the data you provide in order to successfully carry out their duties within the company. For instance, shop administrators can access order details like what was included in the purchase, when the order was placed, where it was shipped to and the customer’s details like name, e-mail and invoicing and shipping information.
The team members have access to this data under legal confidentiality and only for business purposes like completing orders for you, processing refunds and supporting users.

5. What do we share with our collaborators?

We accept payment via virtual PO and Pay Pal. When payment is processed, it is mandatory to share some data with our bank and/or Pay Pal: this includes the necessary information to process or support the payment, like the quantity of the purchase and the invoicing information.
