Product return
How do I make a product return?
To make a return you have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order.
The steps to follow are:
1. Send an e-mail to info@catsacks.eu indicating the order number and the items you wish to return. You can also do this from your order history in your account on the web, selecting the items you wish to return in your order.
2. After accepting your return, we will ask you by mail on the day that suits you to send the agency to make the collection (it has a cost of 8 ? in the Peninsula, other areas consult, we reserve the right to change this amount for large packages) or you can send it on your own to our warehouse located in:

Returns will only be accepted for delivery to the specified address.
3. Once we receive your items are checked, if everything is correct, we will proceed to pay the amount of them, deducting, if we have collected, the costs of collection mentioned above. Within a maximum period of 7 working days after receiving the package in our warehouse.
NOTE: The fact that we accept your return and receive it in our warehouse, does not guarantee that it will be paid, it must meet the requirements listed below and not show signs of use. In case it does not pass the revision phase we reserve the right to resend your return to you at the due time and deduct the costs of collection if we have made it.
How can I make a product change?
To make an exchange, you must process a return and purchase the new items by placing a separate order on the website
Requirements for accepting a return or exchange
In order for us to accept the return and pay you the corresponding amount we need you to meet the following requirements:
1. Items must be packed in the same box they were sent in, correctly sealed and with your name and address on the outside.
2. It is necessary to include inside the package a sheet specifying the order number and full name of the person who made the purchase corresponding to the return, but you can also include a copy of the invoice, if not identified can not be refunded.
3. The articles must contain all its original packaging, labeling, plastic protection, bags, box if any. In case of not being returned correctly, we reserve the right not to make the refund.
4. Returns will not be accepted for visibly manipulated or visibly damaged products.
The item I received has a defect
We put a lot of effort in our quality control, even so and in case that the received articles have some, you must notify us in a maximum term of 48h, after having received your order and provide us images of the defect, once evaluated the defect, if it is necessary, we will take charge of all the collection costs and we will make a new shipment with a new product of equal characteristics.
To solve it you will have to send us an email to info@catsacks.eu and notify us so that we can send the courier agency to pick up the defective article/s and after receiving it we will proceed to the complete payment without costs.
Order cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order after you have completed your purchase, you can do so free of charge, as long as the order has not been shipped.
To make a cancellation, you must contact us through the following email address: info@catsacks.eu.
Please note that all our products are in stock and that the shipment is made within 12 hours after the order is placed, so if the order has been sent, it cannot be cancelled: In this case we will inform you at the e-mail address you have provided.
To return the order, you will have to do it once you have received it and following the return conditions mentioned above.
